Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice for cancellations or changes to your reservation.

Appointments canceled within 7 days are non-refundable, as we reserve this time especially for you.

If you need to adjust your booking, please reach out as soon as possible—we’re always happy to help when we can.

Spa Visit Guidelines

Age Requirements: For everyone’s relaxation, we ask that guests be 16 or older to enjoy the spa.

Massage Services: Available for guests 18 and up. Before your massage, please remember to fill out the intake form—don’t forget your glasses if you need them!

Payment & Tips: You can settle your bill at the hotel lobby be before or after you leave, and for tipping, we kindly request that you bring cash.

What to Wear: No need to worry about bathing suits! You'll have the privacy of your own room, and if you prefer, you'll be wrapped in a cozy towel. Our attendants will only enter when requested. Feel free to bring your own sandals if you’d rather not go barefoot.

Respectful Conduct: We ask that you keep things comfortable and modest for everyone. Each tub room is designed for one person at a time.

*Health Guidelines for Hot Tub & Sauna Use

Hot Tubs: If your blood pressure is above 110/180, it’s best to skip the hot tub to avoid dizziness. And please, no alcohol before or during use!

Saunas: If you have cardiovascular concerns or low blood pressure, it’s a great idea to check with your doctor. Switching between sauna heat and cold water can affect blood pressure.
