Long before wellness became a destination, travelers were making their way into the Ozark Mountains for the legendary waters of Eureka Springs to
soak, steam and restore.
Today, that hidden piece of Eureka Springs history is still here, offering the rare chance to step downstairs, slow down and experience the magic that helped put this little mountain town on the map.
Today, The Works carries on our original ritual: it’s a private mineral bath, eucalyptus steam in our original wooden steam barrel, followed by therapeutic massage.

Before Your Visit
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow time for check-in and preparation.
Massage Appointments
We’ll ask you to complete a short intake form before your massage. If you use reading glasses, bring them along.
Payment & Gratuity
Payment may be made at the hotel front desk before or after your appointment. Cash gratuities are appreciated and may be given directly to your massage therapist.
Bathing & What to Bring
Our mineral baths are completely private, so bathing suits are optional. Fresh towels are provided, and attendants enter your bathing room only when requested. You’re welcome to bring sandals or slippers if you prefer not to go barefoot.
Private Bathing Rooms
Each mineral bath room is designed for one guest at a time. We ask all guests to help us preserve the quiet, comfortable atmosphere of the Bath House.
A Note About Heat
Hot mineral baths and steam may not be appropriate for everyone. If you have high or low blood pressure, cardiovascular concerns, are pregnant, or have another condition that may be affected by heat, please check with your healthcare provider before booking. Please do not use hot baths or steam after consuming alcohol.
Age Requirements
Guests must be 16 or older for bath services and 18 or older for massage services.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or modify appointments at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 7 days and no-shows are non-refundable and subject to a 20% gratuity.
For group reservations booked under one name, the payment method on file is responsible for any applicable charges unless other arrangements have been made with management.
